Do I need to connect my CRM to get started?
No. The free scan works from any CSV export — most CRMs (Encompass, Calyx Point, LO CRM, BNTouch) can export a client list in under a minute. Direct CRM sync is available on the Broker and Team tiers.
Is my client data stored on your servers?
On the Free Scan, no — parsing happens entirely in your browser. On paid tiers, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell or share it. You can delete your book at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. No long-term contracts on Broker or Team.
What counts as a 'record'?
One closed loan or past client in your book. A household with two co-borrowers counts as one record.
