Agreement text and automated processing

Readable PDFs are converted to text in your browser. Pasted or extracted text is sent to our service for automated checks and to an AI provider through Lovable's AI service for explanations. Remove unnecessary identifiers or sensitive details before submitting. Do not submit a document you do not have permission to share.

The review does not save the original file or agreement text in our application database. The text is processed for the review and the result is returned to your browser. Hosting, security and AI providers may process technical logs under their own practices; this is not a promise of zero retention by every provider. The review is not protected by an attorney-client relationship.

Introduction requests and call consent

If you request an introduction, we store the information you submit: email, name, optional phone number, state, employer, notes, severance amount, deadline summary and review flags. We also store the consent wording, time, IP address and browser information. These records can be included in administrative notification emails.

With your consent, submitted details and review results may be shared with independent employment attorneys and attorney referral networks. 2nded may be paid for an eligible referral or call. The original agreement is not included in our referral payload. Availability and a response are not guaranteed.

Where a call connection is available, we record consent and the dialed number together with any contact and review context supplied. Calls may be recorded by the receiving provider or network; check its notices and privacy practices. A website consent record is not a recording of the call.

The "Find an employment attorney" button opens a partner offer through the MaxBounty affiliate network. When you click it, we record a random click number, the page, the review's general outcome and state (if detected), IP address and browser, and pass the click number, page, outcome and state (no name, email or agreement text) to the network. 2nded may be paid if you submit a request on the partner's form, which is governed by that partner's own terms and privacy policy.

Technical data and service providers

Hosting, database, email, security and AI providers process information needed to operate the service. Technical information can include IP address, browser, device, request logs and pages visited. We use access controls and encrypted connections; no service can guarantee absolute security. Independent referral recipients handle shared information under their own policies.

Google advertising cookies and choices

Google AdSense, Google Ads and Reddit advertising loading is currently paused while privacy and consent settings are verified. Previously loaded advertising cookies may remain until you remove them or they expire. If advertising is enabled later, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites. Other advertising vendors may also use cookies when their ads are served.

You can manage personalized Google advertising at Google My Ad Center, read Google's advertising practices, and explore participating vendors' opt-outs at AboutAds choices. Reddit describes its practices in its privacy policy. Browser settings can block or delete cookies; choices can be browser- or device-specific.

Advertising consent requirements depend on visitor location. Where Google requires a certified consent management platform, that must be configured before eligible ads are served. This policy alone is not a cookie consent mechanism.

Retention, rights and contact

Submitted introduction and consent records are retained for referral handling, consent evidence, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing austin@2nded.com; we may need to verify your request, and lawful retention exceptions can apply.

To withdraw permission for future referral sharing, contact us. Information already provided to an independent recipient may also require a request to that recipient. Privacy rights and applicable response requirements vary by jurisdiction.

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We may disclose records when required by law or to protect the service. We will update this page when our practices change.
