The free review

2nded offers an automated reading of severance or separation agreement text for educational purposes. No account or payment is required for this review. You must be an adult and have permission to submit the document. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to submit someone else's confidential information without authorization.

The review combines pattern-based checks and AI-assisted explanations. Findings can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Missing findings do not prove that an agreement is safe, and flags do not prove a legal violation or a viable claim. Verify the original agreement and consult a licensed attorney for your circumstances.

Not legal advice or representation

2nded is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you. Submitting a document, using a review, requesting an introduction or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not rely on the tool to decide whether to sign or decline an agreement, calculate legal deadlines, or value a claim.

The educational guides discuss selected US federal rules and clearly identified state examples. They are not a complete statement of the law. Contact an attorney directly if a signing, revocation or filing deadline is approaching; do not wait for a referral response.

Optional introductions and calls

With the consent requested in the form, 2nded may share your submitted contact details, notes and review results with independent attorneys or referral networks. We may receive compensation for an eligible introduction or call. Provider availability, a match, a response and any particular outcome are not guaranteed.

You are not required to request an introduction to use the free review. You may choose an attorney independently. Receiving providers determine their own availability, eligibility, fees and engagement terms; confirm any consultation or representation fees with them before proceeding. Calls may be recorded by the receiving provider or network when applicable.

Privacy and your responsibilities

Read our privacy policy before submitting text or an introduction request. Check prefilled information and correct errors before sharing. Do not assume communications with 2nded are legally privileged. Keep your original document and independently track any deadlines.

Availability and external services

The service is offered as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. External websites, advertisements and independent providers are not controlled by 2nded; a link or advertisement does not constitute an endorsement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
